How does booking direct work?
Browse listings, find a place you like, and contact the host directly. Send an inquiry and the host will get back to you to arrange your stay.
Are there any service fees?
No. You pay what the host lists — nothing more. We don't add platform fees or service charges on top of the listed price.
How do I contact a host?
Every listing has a message button. Send the host a message to ask about availability, pricing, or anything else. Once they respond, you can arrange your stay directly.
What stay lengths are available?
It depends on the listing. Many hosts offer both nightly and monthly stays, with discounts for longer bookings. Filter by your dates and check each listing for minimum stay requirements.
